The Story of Rusu Daito

Younger Years:Rusu was raised within the outskirts of the Central and South shroud, on her family's Chocobo Husbandry. She is the youngest of nine children, but out of all eight of her siblings (Five Older Brothers and Three Older Sisters) she is drastically smaller than the rest. Some would even call her a runt of an Auri, if one was so bold.Being as small as she was, it never stopped her from getting into a lot of trouble within her small town. Rusu had a history of finishing fights that bullies started against her or others. You see, when the Daito children were not caring for their chocobos or doing their chores, they spent all that free time doing what they enjoyed the most. For Rusu this was watching her oldest brothers and sister spar with wooden weapons, she never participated at first. This of course didn't stop her from learning from not only her friends, but the nearby mercenaries that would come and take a chocobo porter to some of the bigger towns within the shroud.Before long, Rusu was always known to be riddled with cuts and bruises from getting into fights with the older children who dared to bully those too weak to fight back. She was always seen with a small wooden sword and a rusty old shield by the time she was just five. As the years went on, she had already decided to let her parents know her plans to be a great adventurer. “An adventurer as great as the Warrior of Light!” she would say a big smile on her face as she held up her sword and shield.More to Come......
